Two wonderful people got married last weekend and I was lucky enough to attend and supply the sweets!

 

The Sephardic Temple looked so beautiful draped with white draping floor to ceiling.  It was so classy, with just a touch of the brides favorite color "PINK".

Ava Sambora's Sweet 16!

Ava Sambora, daughter of Heather Locklear & Richie Sambora celebrated her 16th birthday with friends and family at the Four Seasons.

The tent was set up and ready for 250 friends Friday night.  The theme was Platinum party and the decor followed with the theme.  Everything was Silver, Gold and Black including all the draping covering the entire inside of the tent.  

The cake followed the Platinum Theme of the party!

The Black Carpet was set up for the press to snap pictures of Ava and her guests

The tables were all dressed in white with gold accents.

The head table was a long table, seating the bridal party and their guests.

Beautiful White Travel Themed Wedding Cake

Beautiful White Themed Travel Wedding Cake delivered to Spanish Hills Country Club.

Each tier was decorated a bit different but always sticking to the white theme.

Sugar Monogram, Sugar Appliqued Lace and pleated Pin-Tuck design

The top tier was a sculpted make up case with luggage tags, pearl necklace, mini photographs of the bride and groom, Coach flower and more.

The top tier was sculpted vintage luggage covered with vintage travel stickers from past trips the bride and groom have taken together.  Coming out of the luggage was a favorite Harry Potter book, a passport, tie, sock and pocket watch.

Spanish Hills Country Club has beautiful crystal chandeliers in the dinning room.

The white rose centerpieces with hanging crystals accentuated each table,.

Even the napkins had a travel themed, wrapped in customized luggage tags for each guest.

The Mother of the bride created all the Alice In Wonderland Themed centerpieces.  There were so many, I loved them all.  Here are a few of my favorites

Mother of the Bride created the cutest stacked boxes for gift cards to be inserted in the top slot.

Framed photos of the grandparents decorated the lounge.

Place settings had the cutest Eat Me bags filled with custom M&M's and blue liquid filled Drink Me bottles.

We have all been friends since the kids were young and it all started with diving.

Travel Themed Wedding at Calamigos Ranch

Great couple who live in Australia and travel the world, couldn't have picked a better theme for their wedding.  

Custom Topper which looked like the couple and their pooch.  Complete with an Australian flag and a US Flag.  Even had their luggage on top, all packed up for another honeymoon adventure.

It's always to great to see the bride and bridal party before the ceremony.  Here they are checking out the wedding cake!

This cake was everything I imagined and more for our travel themed wedding. Lori made the process so fun and was very enthusiastic about our cake. She had so many great ideas. The cake was so personalized with the countries we've been to, and where we lived. Was so happy when I first saw it!

The bride had fun checking out all the details on the cake, Flags from around the world circled the tiers, map of their hometown in Australia.  Maps and path around the world showing places they have visited.

These paper flower bouquets were really amazing.  Each one a little different, using vintage looking maps from around the world.

Each table had a different story about their travels.  A paper map flower held them in place.

I love themed weddings, SO FUN!
