It always amazes me each time I deliver a wedding cake to Calamigos Ranch, the different decor.

Each bride and groom bring out their personalities at the receptions and this bride was no exception.

This wedding had lots of lace and bling and it was fun to create a wedding cake to fit into the theme.

Loved these chairs at the Sweetheart Table.  So creative to bring in their own chairs!

Burlap and Lace table coverings.  Loved the touch of blue!

Looking back across one of the many water features at Eden Gardens

The bridesmaids looks so pretty all wearing a different black dress with baby's breath flower bouquets.

It was so fun being at the wedding and snapping pictures of all the action.

My favorite was the Cake Cutting!

Pastries By Vreeke created some beautiful wedding cakes in 2012.

It was hard to decide which ones were our favorites.

Another Lace Applique Cakes were very popular in 2012.  This one was wrapped in a fondant wrap with sugar monogram.

This cake was delivered to Spanish Hills Country Club

We all loved how sweet this cake turned out.  The vines, the stenciling and the pin-tuck pattern were a perfect fit for this bride.

The cake isn't so beautiful, but Jennifer Lopez sure is!

The cake was a replica of Jennifer Lopez' Glowing Perfume.

Can't tell by this picture but the cake glowed under to cap on top and under the bottom onto the base.

 

This replica of Jennifer Lopez' new perfume Glowing was one of the highlights this year.

We were lucky enough to be asked to create it and even luckier when we presented to her at the Bel Air Hotel.

She is ever so beautiful in person and a very nice person.  I even received a very heartfelt thank you from her :)

Malibu Wedding

The sun was shining and the cold weather held off for this outdoor October wedding in Malibu

 

Peach and white ruffle cake, complete with sugar appliques and fun fantasy flowers.

Lots and lots of sugar ruffles make up the sculpted middle tier.

 

 

Chairs were tied with burlap bows.... so cute!
